Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Hops & Craft website, so we have a 21 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from the site for any reason, please contact us via our contract page for a replacement or credit note of the purchase price within 21 days of shipment. Please tell us your name, date of purchase, the order number, which items, how many you are returning, and the reason for the return.

Merchandise items must be returned in original new condition including all original packaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Items purchased online can be exchanged in person with a prior booking.
